Returning an item
You can return any full priced item within 15 days of purchase, if the item is unused with the original tags still attached.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive a credit note or a refund of purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) via the payment method used during your purchase.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Returns in Person
Please note, we are unable to accept online returns in person.
Sale and Outlet Items
Sale Items can only be returned for an exchange for a credit note. Refunds are only available on sale items if the product is faulty.
Outlet sale items are final and cannot be exchanged. A refund is available if the product is faulty.

Returns Processing Times
We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are approved but please allow 15 working days for returns to be processed from when you lodge the parcel. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
